I grew up in the PNW - Issaquah to be specific. I went to Eastside Catholic High School before graduating from the University of Southern California School of Architecture. I worked for several years with many of our current employees at our former company before I rebooted the company in 2010 as Pacific West Construction and Maintenance. I have a background in architecture and landscape construction and consider real estate a weekend hobby. I married my high school sweetheart and we have two amazing little girls and another on the way!

I have over 12 years experience in accounting, with the last 7 being spent in the controller position. I pride myself on data integrity and fact based decision making. I am a huge Seattle sports fan and can't wait for the Hawks season to start! I wear flip flops everyday, even in the snow. I have a black lab/border collie named Scout and I am pretty sure I should get a tax deduction for her.
Spencer graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Construction Engineering. He started in the construction industry as an Estimator and Project manager for a prominent specialty sub-contractor, he moved into the Prime contracting field as a project engineer for a multi-family remediation company. He currently over sees all of our estimating and project management on all commercial and multi-family renovation projects for Pacific West. He is a client focused project manager with common sense solutions for all remediation needs.
Rick has managed construction projects in the multi-family industry in the greater Seattle area for 15 years. He has been involved in numerous apartment rehabs as well as well as condo conversions and building envelope projects. He studied construction management at Edmonds community college. In his spare time he coaches his kids basketball teams.
I am 56 years old, but look 30 (just kidding). I am the father of six children, papa of three, married to the love of my life and a pastor of the greatest church in the Northwest! I built my first building (a church) when I was 25 and have been building churches, houses and people ever since. My favorite quote is, "if your vision is for one year plant flowers, if it is for ten years plant trees and if it is for a lifetime plant people." I relish the joy of building buildings, churches, people and watching the blessings of God pour out on my family. And...after almost 40 years I should be completing my bachelor's in business by the end of 2017! It's never too late!!

I am a proud Seattle native, who could never imagine living anywhere else. I received my BA in Political Science from Central Washington University and yes, I use it everyday. In my freetime I workout (weights, pilates and Barre), expand my knowledge of politics and spend time with my friends. My ideal day is a day of beauty treatments and then trying a new restaurant with friends. I am terrified of pigeons, which makes living in Seattle difficult.

I have lived in the PNW all my life and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Growing up I always wanted my spaces to be pretty, I think I was an interior designer all my life. Although I spent many years of my career in the accounting field I was always working on something creative at my house. I have an immense love of gardening, plants and outdoor spaces and I am a “Master Gardener”. Gardening is calming to me and get to create something while accomplishing a task, which is a big part of my personality. If I am not working or playing in my yard, you can probably find me at the gym or taking a long run, fitness and health are a big part of my everyday life. I have one beautiful daughter who is now 21 and a 16 year old step son. I also have an adorable grandson who is now 2 years old and has grandma’s heart forever. Currently live in Graham with my boyfriend Chris, although we look forward to the day when we can move, buy a house and create something fun for us.

Core Value I Best Exemplify: Best-self or Passion. Although I sometimes fail, I strive to be the best person I can be to myself and others. I work hard to genuine and keep a positive outlook on my life and the people in it….I think this helps in my career as it has helped me connect on a deeper level with my clients and create true bonds that continue even after the design is finished. I am also very passionate about what I do, I love my job and what I get to create and the people I get to meet. Being an interior designer is both challenging and fun. Working with people has helped me overcome being shy and taught me a lot about how to create trusted, lasting relationships with people.
Favorite Restaurant: Little Park. Best little greasy spoon café and my 1st choice every week for that amazing cheat meal. Chicken fried steak covered in gravy, a huge crispy pancake covered in butter and syrup, eggs with cheese and an English muffin – yep makes all my hard work and healthy eating through the week worth every second!
Favorite book that I would recommend: "Eat, Pray, Love." By far my favorite book ever – it’s a great story of a struggle and journey through life – and has some amazing wisdom about how to view the world and yourself from a positive outlook and treating others with kindness and respect.
If I Could Travel Anywhere I Would Travel To: Italy – been there before and just fell in love with the country. So much culture and history – not to mention amazing beauty, food and wine!
