Pacific West gives general contractors several finish trades under one contract and one foreman, so drywall, paint, carpentry and punch work are sequenced by one crew instead of three companies waiting on each other.

How we bid
We bid from your plans and specs with an itemized number by scope, list our exclusions plainly, and offer alternates where they can save time or money. Send drawings and your bid date through the RFQ form at the top of this page. It has a field for your bid due date and takes plan uploads.

Free walk-through. Every cost listed separately, so you choose what's in.
On site

We also run tenant improvement work directly for owners and tenants, and older buildings on your schedule may need fire escape work as part of the scope.

It depends on the crew schedule. Tell us your dates when you send the bid and we'll answer straight.
Do you work on occupied buildings?
Yes, including after-hours shifts, dust control and coordination with building management.
How do you handle change orders?
In writing, priced before the work is done, unless you direct T&M.
Can you work to our schedule and site rules?
Yes. Send the schedule, site rules and any badging, safety or after-hours requirements with the bid request, and we'll plan and price the work to them.
