Pacific West Construction & Maintenance is a general contractor based in Seattle.
We remodel homes, repair and rebuild exteriors, build additions, and work as a multi-trade subcontractor for general contractors on commercial projects across Western Washington.

Where we work
Seattle and the Eastside most weeks, north to Everett and Mount Vernon and south to Tacoma and Olympia for the right projects, and the Kitsap Peninsula by arrangement.
Registration
Licensed, bonded and insured: WA Contractor Reg. #PACIFWC905PQ, a general construction contractor registration with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I). Washington requires a bond and liability insurance to keep a registration active. You can check our registration on L&I's Verify a Contractor page to see its status, bond and insurance.
