Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish. 5+ years carpentry experience, ability to read plans, and leadership skills required.
Perform electrical installations and upgrades for residential and light commercial projects. WA State 01 license required.
Hang and finish drywall for remodels and new construction. Experience with Level 4-5 finishes preferred.
Interior and exterior painting for residential projects. Prep work, spraying, and attention to detail essential.
Rough and finish plumbing for residential remodels. WA State plumber's license required.
Support project managers with scheduling, client communication, and documentation. Construction knowledge helpful.
