Kitchen, Bath and Interior Remodeling in Seattle
Most interior projects touch more than one trade. A kitchen needs carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile and paint. A bathroom needs all of that plus waterproofing.

Even a bedroom refresh can mean drywall repair, new trim, lighting and flooring. Pacific West is a Seattle general contractor that runs all of it as one job, with one lead, one schedule and one line-item estimate, and kitchens and bathrooms are most of what we do inside.
Kitchens and bathrooms

Kitchens
New counters on cabinets you like, refacing, new cabinets, layout changes and full remodels. See kitchen remodeling in Seattle.
Bathrooms
Tub-to-shower conversions, condo bathrooms, primary suites and accessible showers. See Seattle bathroom remodels.
Doing both? Planning a kitchen and a bathroom together usually saves money, because the plumbing, electrical and tile work are scheduled once, and the permits are filed together.
Kitchen and bath by city
We have detailed pages for the cities where we do the most of this work:
| City | Kitchens | Bathrooms |
|---|---|---|
| Bellevue | opening rambler kitchens | hall baths and primary suites |
| Kirkland | islands and condo kitchens | condo and accessible bathrooms |
| Bothell | builder-grade kitchen updates | fiberglass tub and garden-tub swaps |
| Everett | older and counters-only kitchens | one-bath houses and second baths |

Interior services
Each of these is part of most remodels, and we also do them as their own jobs:
- Tile and backsplash work: showers, floors, backsplashes and fireplaces.
- Cabinet refacing and new cabinets, plus built-ins and storage.
- Flooring installation: LVP, tile and engineered wood over a flat subfloor.
- Interior painting: walls, ceilings, trim, doors and cabinets.
- Drywall and plaster repair: new walls, patches and texture matching.
- Trim, doors and finish carpentry: baseboard, casing, doors and stairs.
- Electrical for remodels: new circuits, outlets and panel upgrades.
- Lighting upgrades: recessed, pendant and under-cabinet lighting.
How interior work fits together

The order matters. Structural changes come first, then plumbing and electrical rough-in while the walls are open, then insulation and drywall, then cabinets, tile and flooring, and paint and trim last. When separate contractors handle each step, they work around each other and sometimes undo each other's work. With one team on one schedule, each trade sets up the next.
Questions, answered
Can you do several rooms at once?
Yes. Doing them as one project usually costs less than separate jobs, because the trades come out once and the work is sequenced so nothing gets redone.
Do you take on small interior jobs?
We do single-room projects like a bathroom, new counters or a floor, as well as larger remodels.
Do your remodels include plumbing and electrical updates?
Plumbing and electrical updates are part of our jobs where the layout needs them, permitted and inspected where the code requires it.
Can I live at home during interior work?
Usually. We put up dust barriers, protect floors and clean up every day. For a kitchen we help set up a temporary one.
